Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will gladly offer:

  • A 100% guaranteed refund for the value of the merchandise
  • An exchange of your product for another one
  • A replacement of your product for another one, corresponding to your expectations in quality
  • Please check the products immediately upon the receipt, all claims (related to product appearance, count, package, etc.) shall be accepted within 10 business days after the delivery.
    Products that passed through the incoming inspection can be returned within the first 30 days of purchase. All purchases returned within 30-60 days after shipment are subject to a 10% restocking charge. No returns are accepted after 60 days.

Please note:

All returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. We inspect all returned products. If the product isn’t the one you ordered or is in a condition that doesn’t match the return reason, you will be assessed a return fee and may have the item sent back to you. Sterile and disposable products, instruments damaged beyond repair, special orders, discontinued and sale items are not subject to returns. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If your instruments (products of DEHT or other manufacturers) are damaged, we will gladly offer you a repair service.

Our repair experts will ensure if the damaged items are due for service. The instruments should be sterilized before returning. During the repair process, the price of service may be altered and/or the instrument may be beyond repair.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at support@luxescents.in to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, them mail your return to the address

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
